Checking in as a blend of 80% old vine Grenache, 10% Syrah and the rest Mourvedre and other permitted varieties, it offers full-bodied, Provencal, incredibly perfumed notes of lavender, garrigue, bloody meat, licorice and sweet Grenache fruit. Pure, polished and layered on the palate, with ultra fine tannin, it's drinking at point today yet has another decade or more of life." (3/1/2017)
