It has slowly unfurling scents of white peach, roasted almonds, tarragon and jasmine. In 2022, the wine leads with scents of lees and cracked wheat over pear and yellow apple fruit. The palate is pleasingly firm, all caramel, sweet corn and apple. It’s clean and balanced, with a powerful malic tang. For steamed mussels." (3/24)
