2021 Poggio la Noce "Pet'Golo" Toscana Pet-Nat Rosato Italy (750ml Bottle)

92 Points Vinous: "The 2021 Pet'Golò is pungent, but in the best possible way, as ground ginger, flinty crushed rocks, dried flowers and citrus-tinged peach form its bouquet. This casts silken bubbles across a stimulating core of zesty acidity in a display of contrasts, further enhanced by sour melon, but also a balancing inner sweetness. The result is totally seductive, leaving the palate caked in minerality, but also watering for another sip, as the Pet'Golò finishes long and perfumed. The Pet'Golò is a Pet Nat blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Canaiolo; and once again, it’s one of my favorite wines from our annual Rosè tastings." (4/22)
