Our exclusive, single barrel of Buffalo Trace has just arrived!

A few months ago, we were approached by Sazerac and offered the chance to select our very own barrel of this beloved Bourbon. Naturally, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity, and now we're thrilled to finally share it with you.

Named in honor of one of my dogs, Pancake, AKA “The Beef”, this Bourbon embodies his spirit—slightly spicy, uniquely charming, and utterly lovable. We're confident that fans of Buffalo Trace will be ecstatic about this barrel. It boasts heightened sweet-tinged aromatics, added texture, and a spicier palate  compared to the standard bottling, along with a richer core of flavors like apple, caramel, and butterscotch.

Unfortunately, quantities are extremely limited—it is a single barrel, after all—so we're restricting purchases to a maximum of 6 bottles per person. Please enjoy responsibly and don’t be too greedy with The Beef!
