Haykin "Columbia Crabapple" Apple Cider, Colorado (375ml Bottle)

We're super excited about this one. I've had a few of their ciders over the last year and have been blown away by everything. Dare I say that Haykin has entered the convo of one of the best to do, classic, heirloom-only apple ciders in the US. Not kidding!

This Columbia Crabapple bottling takes all of the acid and tannin of a crabapple and squeezes it down into liquid form. Like a slap in the mouth this gives you a sense of both pucker and salivation at the same time. With interesting floral laces throughout and a long resonant finish that haunts long after this little bottle is gone this is something special. Keep a look out for Haykin, we sure are! (Bryan, GTO)
